The Federal Congress of the FDP in 1961 held the FDP from 23 to 25 March 1961 in Frankfurt am Main from. It was the 12th ordinary federal party conference of the FDP in the Federal Republic of Germany .

Course and resolutions

The most important item on the agenda was the adoption of a call for the 1961 Bundestag election and, associated with this, the express attempt “ to prevent an absolute majority in the CDU or SPD by all democratic means ”. The resolutions “For a healthy and efficient agriculture” and “Healthy lifestyle in a healthy environment” were passed.
