The party congress adopted papers on the priorities of liberal foreign, Germany, security, European and development policy , on a space-based missile defense system ("SDI"), on the situation of the soldiers, on South Africa, "For a Europe of the Citizens", with proposals for simple, fair, performance and growth-friendly taxation of citizens and companies, to UNICEF , "Liberal Perspectives for More Employment", to perspectives for agricultural policy , with proposals for adequate and long-term financially viable old-age provision, accompanying measures for abortion , to one concerted action for women, on socially fair crediting of the baby year , on the television program " windshield wiper ", on programming for public broadcasters , on the Chernobyl nuclear disaster , on measures against international terrorism , on the liberal position on domestic and legal policy in the election campaign of the year 1987 , f ive Theses on the liberalization of access to higher education, to " Global 2000 " to traffic announcements, technical inspection for American vehicles in the Federal Republic, to monitor military vehicles by the German police, the right of custody and detention operation, the Juvenile Justice Act , the reform of the criminal procedure law and on the priorities of liberal social policy .
