Jürgen Dittberner

Jürgen Erwin Dittberner (born December 1, 1939 in Berlin ) is a German political scientist and politician . Until 2009 he taught as a professor at the University of Potsdam with a focus on party research .

Life

Dittberner was chairman of the FDP parliamentary group in the district assembly of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf . From 1975 to 1985 he was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives and from 1974 to 1986 professor at the University of Applied Sciences for Administration and Justice in Berlin , most recently as its rector. From 1986 to 1992 Dittberner was State Secretary at the Berlin Senate and in the Brandenburg State Government and from 1993 to 1997 Director of the Brandenburg Memorials Foundation .
