The Federal Congress of the FDP in 1964 held the FDP from 1 to 3 June 1964 in Duisburg from. It was the 15th regular federal party conference of the FDP in the Federal Republic of Germany . The party conference took place in the Mercatorhalle .

At the party conference, Erich Mende was confirmed as federal chairman. The motto of the party congress was "Freedom - Future - FDP". As the main speaker, Mende spoke about questions of Germany and foreign policy. The parliamentary group leader Knut von Kühlmann-Stumm gave an account of the work of the parliamentary group.
