Volker Stalmann (* 1964 in Duisburg ) is a German historian .

Stalmann studied history and Romance languages ​​in Munich and Berlin . In 1992/93 he completed his master's degree; in 2000 he received his doctorate in Munich. He was a scholarship holder of the German Research Foundation . He is a research fellow at the Commission for the History of Parliamentarism and Political Parties . V. In 2011 he received the Wolf-Erich-Kellner-Prize for his edition about the liberal politician Bernhard Falk .
