The European Party Congress spoke u. a. argued that, if the TTIP agreement between the European Union and the USA were to be concluded, issues of high cultural importance would have to be given sufficient consideration, therefore audiovisual services would have to be excluded and copyright in its form valid in Europe may not be affected.

The party congress also discussed a motion on the No Spy negotiations between Germany and the USA.
