The Federal Congress of the FDP in 2007 held the FDP from 15 to 17 June 2007 Stuttgart from. It was the 58th ordinary federal party conference of the FDP in the Federal Republic of Germany . The event took place in the Stuttgart Porsche-Arena .

Course and resolutions

Guido Westerwelle was re-elected as party chairman. Also, Rainer Brüderle , Cornelia Pieper and Andreas Pinkwart were confirmed as deputy chairman. The focus of the party congress was liberal social policy. In a programmatic marathon debate lasting 17 hours, the 662 delegates discussed, among other things, the key motions “Culture needs freedom” and “Freedom, fairness, opportunities”.
