Course and resolutions

At this party congress, the FDP adopted a paper on "securing internal peace". It called for an amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure through the expansion of accelerated procedures, the amendment of the right of assembly and the ban on masking to protect peaceful demonstrations. For this purpose, guidelines were adopted on the priority of security in the prosecution of crimes during demonstrations.
