Heino Kaack

Heino Kaack (* 1940 ; † March 8, 1998 ) was a German political and administrative scientist who dealt in particular with party and election research and has published about them.

Kaack studied political science at the University of Hamburg, where he was a research assistant to the political scientist Hans-Peter Schwarz . In 1971 he was appointed to a professorship for political science with a focus on empirical political research and political sociology at the University of Education in Rhineland-Palatinate, Koblenz department. From 1991 until his death Kaack was one of the heads of the research center for administrative informatics at the University of Koblenz-Landau , where he continued to hold a professorship for political science .
