August Einspinner

August Einspinner (born July 30, 1870 in Graz ; † April 18, 1927 ibid.) Was an Austrian goldsmith and politician ( DnP ). Einspinner was a member of the Provisional National Assembly , a member of the Reichsrat , a member of the Styrian Landtag and a regional councilor in the Kaan I regional government .

After attending primary school, Einspinner worked as a goldsmith. From 1921 Einspinner was managing director of the Grazer Messe. From 1906 he belonged to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and rose to Vice President in 1920. Einspinner was chairman of the trade section and was involved in the trade promotion institute. After the institute was affiliated to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Einspinner took over the office of managing president of the institute for promoting trade. He was also a member of the Trade Promotion Advisory Board in the Ministry of Labor. In addition, Einspinner was involved as a trade council in the Ministry of Commerce and was a member of the central commission for commercial education. In his job as a goldsmith, Einspinner also held the office of President of the Imperial Craftsmen's Council, was curator of the Styrian State Museum Joanneum and the Styrian Trade Promotion Institute. Einspinner also held the position of board member of the Grazer Goldschmiede-Genossenschaft.

Einspinner became a member of the Graz municipal council in 1901 and was a member of the Styrian state parliament from 1902. He was also elected to the Reichsrat in 1906. Between October 21, 1918 and February 16, 1919, he was a member of the Provisional National Assembly as a representative of the German National Party and was Provincial Councilor in Styria from November 6, 1918 to May 27, 1919.
