August Isenbart
August Isenbart (born October 7, 1876 in Celle ; † December 7, 1940 ) was a German judge .
Life
Isenbart was a Protestant and the son of a district court director. He passed the first state legal examination in 1899 with the grade “sufficient”, the second in 1904 with “sufficient”. In 1904 he was appointed court assessor. He was appointed magistrate at the Gerdauen district court in 1908. In 1909 he was transferred to Graefenhainichen . On August 1, 1918, he was promoted to district judge at the Naumburg district court and on February 27, 1919 to the district judge. In 1920 he became a member of the Chamber Court . In 1930 he came to the Reichsgericht as a laborer . On New Year's Day 1931 he was appointed Reich judge in Leipzig. He was in the I. and VI. Criminal Senate active.
