Augustine Henry
Augustin Henry (born June 29, 1860 in Rixingen , Lorraine , † 1911 or 1912) was a farmer and politician.
Augustin Henry, who was a Catholic denomination, attended the Collège in Blâmont for three years and served in the 3rd Guard Regiment (Queen Elisabeth) in Berlin-Spandau from 1880 to 1882 . He lived as a farmer in Rixingen.
Augustin Henry was politically active as mayor in Rixingen. He was a member of the Lorraine district assembly (Conseil Général de la Lorraine) and was a member of the regional committee until 1911
In 1911 he was elected to the first chamber of the Landtag of the realm of Alsace-Lorraine by the Agriculture Council of Alsace-Lorraine (Lorraine) . He died after the opening of the state parliament.
