Aulus Postumius Albinus († 89 BC ) was a Roman politician of the late Republic and probably a distant descendant of Marcus Postumius Regillensis .
Presumably he is to be equated with the brother of the same name of Spurius Postumius Albinus , consul 110 BC. BC, who fought under this as a legacy against the Numid king Jugurtha and suffered a crushing defeat. 99 BC Nevertheless, Aulus managed to become consul himself. In 89 BC He was a legate and naval commander of Sulla and was killed by his own soldiers for alleged treason.
