The relief is at the address Sennewitzer Straße 6 at the entrance of the former Polytechnic High School Friedrich Engels , today the special needs school for the learning disabled Anne Frank School Gutenberg , west of the center of Gutenberg.
Design and history
The relief was created in 1975/76 by Freimut Drewello and Christoph Reichenbach . It consists of 16 individual reliefs made of cast concrete , which are attached to a rectangular surface in a four by four arrangement. In terms of content, the reliefs show scenes from the life of the philosopher Friedrich Engels .
In the local register of monuments , the relief is registered as an architectural monument under the number 094 55470 .
