Austrian Airlines Group

With the Austrian Airlines Group as the umbrella brand , the Austrian airline Austrian Airlines presented itself as a group from 1995 to 2003 with its now defunct subsidiaries Lauda Air , Tyrolean Airways , Rheintalflug and Slovak Airlines .

Rheintalflug was integrated into Tyrolean Airways in 2002 and Lauda Air into Austrian Airlines in 2004. Slovak Airlines was liquidated in 2007. Tyrolean Airways was finally integrated into Austrian Airlines in 2015, only Tyrolean Technik remains as an independent company in Innsbruck . The participation in Ukraine International Airlines was never subsumed under the group.
