Dongxiang Autonomous County
The Dongxiang Autonomous Okrug ( 东乡族 自治县 , Dōngxiāngzú Zìzhìxiàn ; short: 东乡族 县 , Dōngxiāngzú Xiàn ) is an autonomous district of the Dongxiang of the Linxia der Hui Autonomous District in the Chinese province of Gansu .
In 1999 it had 258,557 inhabitants.
The Linjia site ( 林 家 遗址 , Linjia yizhi ) of the Majiayao culture has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-202) since 2006 .
Ma Changqing was born in Dongxiang.
Administrative structure
At the community level, Dongxiang Autonomous County is made up of eight large parishes and fifteen parishes. These are:
