Autopilot Off was a punk rock band from Orange County, New York . Chris Huges played guitar , Chris Johnson played guitar and vocals , Phil Robinson played drums and Rob Kucharek played bass .
history
Autopilot Off was created in 1996 under the name Cooter. The band slowly became popular by playing with bands like MxPx , Sum 41 or H₂O . Her first album was released in 2000 under the name Looking Up. In 2002 they had a dispute with the band The Cooters , who claimed that name. They therefore changed the name to Autopilot Off after court hearings. Autopilot Off was signed to Island Records .
In 2005 the then 10 year old band was dissolved.
On May 23, 2011, a page was created on Facebook called Autopilot Off (Official). In June 2011 they announced on their Facebook page that they were working on new songs.
