AvD 100 miles
The AvD 100 miles is a racing series organized by PCN-Sportpromotion GmbH for sports prototypes , Gran Turismos and touring cars . The championship, which has been held since 2006, was initially called AvD GT-PRO 100 Miles , before it adopted its current name in 2007 as part of the AvD race weekend . In 2013 a separate championship was announced in Austria under the name 100 Miles Trophy .

The AvD 100 miles are held as a championship over 80-minute runs. There is a mandatory pit stop of five minutes. There you can refuel, repair and change both tires and drivers. This pit stop must take place between the 30th and 50th minute of the race. In total, the organizer has announced three different divisions:
- Division 1: Sports prototypes from 2.5 l displacement with a staggered minimum weight of 640 to 900 kg. Le Mans prototypes are also eligible to compete.
- Division 2: Group CN sports prototypes up to 2.0 l displacement
- Division 3: Group C3 sports prototypes up to 2.0 l displacement, older CN vehicles, prototypes from Radical , Crosslé and the KTM X-Bow
- Division 4: Variety of touring cars and Gran Turismo classes in four sub-categories, including Group A , N , GT1 , GT2 and vehicles from the Porsche Carrera Cup one-make cup .
On each race weekend, two practice sessions and one timed practice session are held before the actual race. In the 20-minute qualification, the starting grid for the flying start of the race is extended. All participants per class up to 20th place are evaluated according to the following scheme: 30-24-20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3 -2-1. For foreign races, the points scored are multiplied by a factor of 1.5. There is an overall ranking and a winner of the four advertised divisions.

The first season under the name AvD GT-PRO 100 Miles was announced for 2006. Only GT vehicles from Porsche were eligible to participate in the first year. The championship races as part of the Porsche Clubsport Series GTP event community took place mainly in German-speaking countries, but with Most , Dijon and Monza , races in the European region were already part of the program in the first season. With the end of the community of events, the organizer PCN-Sportpromotion GmbH founded its own event weekend under the name AvD race weekend on behalf of the Automobile Club of Germany . The permitted vehicle categories have been expanded. Initially, GT and touring cars from other manufacturers were permitted. During the season, the races were also approved for sports prototypes. In 2008, PCN separated the overall standings for sports prototypes from the rest of the vehicles. As part of the FIA's fee adjustment, a further championship under the name 100 Miles Trophy was announced in Austria in 2013 , while the AvD 100 Miles starts exclusively in Germany except for one foreign race.
