Awel-Ninurta

Awel-Ninurta was a high official under the old Babylonian king Hammurabi .

Awel-Ninurta was a kind of head of the Hammurapis office in the royal palace in Babylon. In a large number of letters found in Larsa and Mari he gives instructions on administrative matters. It is z. B. Land allocations or the clearing of forests.
