Awtandil
Awtandil (also Avtandil or Awthandil ; Georgian ავთანდილი ; Russian Автандил ) is a male given name, which is particularly popular in Georgia and other Caucasus states. The name is of old Persian origin and means roughly "heart of the fatherland". Awtandil is also the name of the hero in Shota Rustaweli's national epic “ The warrior in the tiger skin ”.
