Aya is a 2012 French-Israeli short film directed by Oded Binnun and Mihal Brezis . The film was shown to a limited extent in Israel in 2012 and was shown internationally for the first time in 2013 at the Jewish Film Festival in San Francisco . In 2015 the film received an Oscar nomination for Best Short Film .

Mr. Overby meets Aya at an airport where he mistakenly believes that she is his assigned chauffeur.
Since Aya is bewitched by Mr. Overby at this moment, she is in no hurry to convince him that she is not his driver.
