Ayumi Hara ( Japanese 原 歩 , Hara Ayumi ; born February 21, 1979 in Hachiōji ) is a former Japanese soccer player .

Career

She started her career at Nippon TV Beleza , where she played from 1993 to 2001. She contributed to winning the Nihon Joshi Soccer League in 1993, 2000 and 2001 . He then played for Iga FC Kunoichi (2002-2005), INAC Kobe Leonessa (2006-2009) and AS Elfen Saitama (2013-2014).

National team

In 1998, Hara made his debut for the Japanese national team . She was named to the squad for the 1999 , 2007 Women's World Cup and the 2008 Summer Olympics . She played a total of 42 international matches for Japan.
