Azra (rapper)
Azra (* 1974 in Berlin-Kreuzberg ) is a German rapper . He worked with Eko Fresh , among others , and was temporarily known for the joint bilingual album Dünya dönüyor - The world is turning in 2004.
Life
The rapper, who was born in Kreuzberg, first attended high school and then switched to secondary school. In 2002 he released his first EP Azrabesk , which was produced by Fettfleck . In 2004 the album from "Eko & Azra" followed, which contained German and Turkish rap lyrics. The single Actually beautiful , recorded together with Philippe Bühler , was extracted from him . A video was also released for this, and the rapper performed the title at the “Tafel der Demokratie” for the inauguration of Horst Köhler , which could also be seen on German television ( n-tv ).
