Herein the terms and conditions are laid down under the emergency and service control centers (NSL) to complement or complete an emergency message can be transferred to the police photos.

The NSL must be checked and certified by a certification body accredited in accordance with DIN EN 45 000 ff. For the area of "Recognition of NSL" (e.g. VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH, Cologne). The requirements of DIN 77 200 level 2 or 3 and the VdS guideline 2153 (guidelines for the recognition of guard and security companies) are the basis of this certification.
