history

The name Bärendicke is an original field name that means bear thicket . In 1788 the Grimnitz Forest was under the supervision of a chief forester and four lower forester. Among the departments belonging to the Grimnitz Forest was also the bear dicker. At that time, this part of the forest was under the supervision of the Unterforester von Glambeck. At that time it consisted mainly of pines, and to a lesser extent also of oak, red beech and birch.

1823 was in the office area of the Office Grimnitz near the Dovin Lake a new Unterförster- in Grimnitzer Forest Establishment created, which in the Official Journal of the Royal Government to Potsdam and the city of Berlin with effect of 25 October 1823 bears Dieck was named. August von Sellentin listed the forestry in 1841 under Bärendicte . At that time it already belonged to the Neustadt-Eberswalde office .

In 1861 the name changed from today's spelling to Bärendickt . The living space consisted of a residential building and two farm buildings and had 11 residents. The forestry department now belonged to the Glambeck forest district, which had been split off from the Grimnitz forest district. The Glambeck forest district also formed its own manor district. In 1871 there is the spelling bear dictates. 8 people lived in the only house. With the formation of the administrative districts in the province of Brandenburg in 1874, the Glambeck forest district was assigned to Amt 18 Amt Grimnitz of the Angermünde district.

Even in 1897 the spelling Bärendicts can be found in the manor district of Forst Glambeck. The forester's house had a house in which eight people lived. In 1903 Fort Glambeck was renamed Forst Grumsin. In 1929 the forest estate district was incorporated into the Alt Grimnitz community. The Bärendickt residential area was spun off in 1938 and attached to the city of Joachimsthal.

The property was still used as a forester's house. In 1977 the district forestry department was part of the Neuhaus State Forestry Company. The property is no longer a forester's house today.
