Bérurier Noir (coll. Les Béru or les Bérus ) was a French punk band . It existed from 1983 to 1989 and again from 2003 to the beginning of 2006. “Les Bérus” wrote pronounced political texts shaped by anarchism . What was unusual for a punk band was their use of a drum computer instead of a drum kit . Their appearances, where they often dressed up with clown masks and the like, stood out clearly from the usual habitus of the punk scene.
