Goat

The goat was a measure of volume in Württemberg . The small measure was taken as the grain measure . In other regions it was the Eklen or Ecklein according to the 1806 scale .

Böcklein, also Büschelein, is derived from the term for a pile of collected grain . Sheaf , velvet, velvet, Schäublein or Schübel are synonymous in Franconia . The heap of grain was called a buck and you jacked up (set up) sheaves.
