Stage concept

At the request of the approval authority, the organizer of an event can request a stage concept . It can be required as a system and as part of the safety concept .

A stage is a particularly safety-relevant part of many events. The associated description should contain at least the following components:

  • Sketch / site plan
  • Proof of stability for temporary structures ( grandstands ) according to DIN 4112
  • Schedule including assembly and dismantling
  • Guarding
  • particularly relevant to the public
  • Description of the backstage area
  • Description of access control (which accreditation is required?)
  • Access authorizations: who? When? Why?
  • Cordon off the stage area
