Büyükşehir Belediyesi Ankara Spor Kulübü is a Turkish ice hockey team from Ankara that has been playing in the Turkish Super League with interruptions since 1992 . The team is the ice hockey department of the Ankaraspor sports club, founded in 1978 .
history
When the Turkish Super League was founded in 1993, the renowned Turkish sports club Ankaraspor built its own ice hockey department , which immediately won the premier season. The club is the Turkish record champions with seven titles, with the league dominating especially in the early days. So they won seven titles in the first ten years of the league and none since 2003. After the team refrained from participating in the league from 2013 to 2015, he returned in 2015.
