Bēlet-ṣēri ( Sumerian Ninedena ; Akkadian Bēlet-ṣēri "mistress of the steppe") merged with the Sumerian goddesses Geštinanna and Nin-edena. In Akkadian mythology , she assumed the functions of the underworld scribe Nin-edena and the Sumerian goddess d GEŠTIN.AN.NA. As Dumuzi's sister , she is also considered the wife of the nomad god Amurru .
