B-39 (Russian: Б-39 ) is a submarine of the Foxtrot class . The submarine was put into service by the Soviet Navy in 1967 , taken over by the Russian Navy in 1992 , and decommissioned in 1994. After being sold several times, the B-39 has been a museum ship in the Maritime Museum of San Diego in San Diego in the USA since 2005 .
