Between 1986 and 1992 the discotheque was opened again and again under different operators and names ("Off-Line Musichall", "Base", again "Trinity").

Since 1993 it has been operated in its current form, initially under changing names (“Delphi”, “Theater”) and since 2000 as the “Delphi Showpalast”.

On April 10, 1997, The Rattles played as a house band at the premiere of the Star Club musical "Pico" in what was then the Delphi Theater. Then the musical was revised and ran until 1999 in the building then known as the theater in over 300 performances, in which the rattles also played.
