By BDBOS Act ( BDBOSG ) was founded in 2006 in Germany, the Federal Agency for Digital Radio of emergency service built .

According to the BDBOS Act, the Federal Agency is a federally direct legal entity under public law with its seat in Berlin . Its purpose is in particular to set up and operate a nationwide uniform digital voice and data radio system for authorities and organizations with security tasks in Germany. In addition, the law contains, among other things, regulations on the tasks, the organs ( president and board of directors ), the articles of association , administrative agreements, supervision by the Federal Ministry of the Interior, construction and homeland , financing, the business plan , bookkeeping and the annual financial statements , on auditing and applying budget law , civil servants and employees .

The law consists of 24  paragraphs .
