The cash register has its origins in the companies AW Faber-Castell GmbH , Optische Werke G. Rodenstock , FX Nachtmann GmbH , Porzellanfabrik W. Goebel , PFA GmbH , Mitras Kunststoffe GmbH , Flachglas AG and Pfleiderer GmbH & Co. KG . It sees itself as the oldest Bavarian health insurance company with a history since 1844.
history
In 1844 Lothar von Faber founded a company health insurance fund for the workforce of the AW Faber pencil factory, now Faber-Castell , which he has been running in the fourth generation since 1839 .
In 2000 , the company health insurance fund of Optische Werke G. Rodenstock merged with BKK Faber-Castell to form the newly created BKK Faber-Castell & Partner . In 2001, the cash registers of FX Nachtmann lead crystal works , the former wagon construction company PFA in Weiden and the Bavarian branch of Flachglas AG of BKK Faber-Castell & Partner joined. In 2004 the company health insurance of the porcelain factory W. Goebel merged with the BKK Faber-Castell & Partner.
