history
The BKK Schott-Rohrglas was established in 1884 as a health insurance company for the Tafel-Salin- and Spiegelglasfabriken. Until the end of 2005 it was designed as a company-related BKK for the employees of Schott-Rohrglas GmbH. In 2006 the health insurance was opened to all those with statutory health insurance who live or work in Bavaria.
On January 1, 2012, it was merged into the BKK ATU .
