The bTV Media Group operates advertising-financed and subscriber television stations and programs , radio stations and websites in Bulgaria . The coverage of the programs is almost 100% of the Bulgarian population. In 2011, the stations achieved a combined market share of between 42.6 and 49.8%.

In 2011, the bTV Media Group achieved advertising income of 125 million US dollars from television channels and 22 million US dollars from its websites.

history

Since the takeover of the shares of the News Corporation in the Balkan News Corporation and the shares of Top Tone Media Holding and Krassimir Gergow in bTV Action (formerly PRO.BG) and Ring.BG (formerly Ring TV), the bTV Media Group has belonged to 94 % to Central European Media Enterprises and 6% to Top Tone Media Holding. In December 2011, Top Tone Media Holding announced that it would increase its stake in bTV Media Group to ten percent.
