BWG 1.0 or B ild w Playback g et up instrument 1.0 is a computer monitor specifically for the small computer KC 85 / 2-4 and Z 9001, KC 85/1, KC 87 from the DDR .

development

During the development the device was named KCM-38 (KCM = KC-Monitor).

technology

The housing of the device does not resemble that of a classic monitor, but is reminiscent of a television set . The housing was taken from the ColorVision RC6073 from the manufacturer Rafena , as was a large part of the technology. Only the receiver and the antenna socket have been left out. The DIN plug (for connecting a tape recorder ) was used instead to connect an RGB cable . The picture tube used was tw copies that did not meet certain standards.

In 1988 the new price was 3915.00 M , later then 3500.00 M.

In 1991 the price was 399.00 DM .
