The Babadag is a 1,969 m high mountain in the Turkish province of Mugla in southwestern Turkey , above the village of Ölüdeniz and approximately 20 kilometers southeast of the town of Fethiye . It is used all year round as a starting point for paragliding above the Bay of Öludeniz. The Lycian Way leads past it to the west.
