Babenried is a district of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Landsberied in the Fürstenfeldbruck district .
The church village is located about 500 meters north of Landsberied on State Road 2054 .
Babenried was first mentioned as Pabenrieth in 1148/56 and means something like "clearing of the Pabo".
