The Baderhaus , Engelhardtsanwesen or Engelhardtshaus is a two-story saddle roof building at Hauptstraße 26, corner of Schulstraße in the town of Merkendorf in the Franconian Lake District ( Middle Franconia ) and is a listed building.

The building was erected in the 17th / 18th centuries. It has a half-hipped back and a half-timbered structure on the upper floor and the gable front . The building was home to the local bather's bathroom . Hence the name of the house. The property also had the right to brew and was allowed in his gabled hops to dry and store.
