The Bahía Esteverena is a bay on the south coast of the West Antarctic Vega Island . It lies between Cape Lamb in the west and False Island Point in the east. The bay represents the passage from Herbert Sound to the Erebus and Terror Gulf .
Argentine scientists named her after Corvette Captain Horacio Alberto Esteverena (* 1914), the ship's captain of the Granville on an Argentine Antarctic expedition that ran from 1947 to 1948.
