Baharat

Baharat ( Arabic بهارات, DMG bahārāt  'spices') is a mixture of spices that is very often used in the Arab world. Like curry , it has no fixed composition, but is produced in many regional variants.

The main ingredients of Baharat are pepper (grains and pods), paprika , coriander , cloves , cumin , cardamom , nutmeg and cinnamon .

Baharat is used to season meat and fish dishes, but also, for example, for coffee Baharat , a spicy mocha .
