The mountain Bahaya ( Somali : Baxaya ) is - after the Shimbiris - the second highest point in Somalia with a height of 2084 m . It is located south of Qandala , east of Boosaaso (Bender Cassim), in the administrative region of Bari . Not far north of the Bahaya is the coast on the Gulf of Aden .
