history
The station building was built until 1895 as a two-storey, cuboid brick building with house stone structure, a later signal box extension belongs to it . To the south of the station building is the former toilet block, which was also built in brick in 1895.
On the opposite side of the main line is the two-tier locomotive shed with overnight rooms, built in 1895 and expanded in 1933 . Here the original building is made of brick and the extension is made of wood.
The equipment of the locomotive shed has largely been preserved, including smoke exhausts, pits for maintenance of the chassis and a water crane with a well. The connecting tracks to the engine shed have been removed since 1988.
