The Stade de France - Saint-Denis train station is a train station in Saint-Denis . It is located in the northern outskirts of Paris .
history
The station was opened in 1998 to facilitate access to the newly built Stade de France . Better connections to the newly created Quartier Pleyel office district , in which around 15,000 people work, was also a necessary step.
Transport projects
In the future (2024), the metro station is near the train station Pleyel - Saint-Denis on which are opened Métro lines 14 , 15 , 16 and 17 of the Grand Paris Express will hold. The train station is to be connected to the metro station and would thus become another important transport hub in the north of Paris.
