The Bajo Nunatak (from Spanish bajo 'low' ) is a 210 m high nunatak in the southwest of Robert Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises above Zahari Point on the northwest shore of Micalvi Cove .
Scientists from the 3rd (1948–1949) and 4th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1949–1950) mapped it while surveying the English Strait . Its naming has been established since 1963.
