Bakchebakchos
Bakchebakchos ( ancient Greek Βακχέβακχος ) is in Greek mythology an epicsreading of Dionysus .
According to Hesychios of Alexandria , Dionysus was called to sacrifice by this name. It originated from the repetition of the name in the cry "O Bacchus, o Bacchus" ( Βάκχε, Βάκχε ). In the Knights of Aristophanes the choir lets Ioulios sing a song of the name.
