Bakenurner (Jeweler II)
Bakenurner was an ancient Egyptian jeweler who lived in the 19th dynasty (1292–1186 / 85 BC).
Bakenurner is known for an inscription on a leather fragment on which he is mentioned alongside his professional colleagues Peter , Chaiemipat and Menumes . The text does not allow more precise conclusions to be drawn about a more precise localization of the jewelers. It is a list of private property that is now kept in the Louvre in Paris ( fragment number C ).
