Balesin is an island in the Philippines in the province of Quezon , south of the Polillo archipelago and off the island of Luzon .

Balesin Island is located in the middle of Lamon Bay and is largely owned by the Alphaland Corporation, which operates the Balesin Island Club. The island is administered by the municipality of Polillo , on the island is the Barangay Balesin with about 800 inhabitants. The island can be reached via a ferry connection with the municipality of Infanta . Resort guests can also fly to the island from Manila .
