Baltijos TV ( BTV , B altijos t ele v izija, German Baltic TV ) is a supraregional, private television broadcaster in Lithuania . The transmitter is based in Vilnius . BTV was founded in 1993 as Baltijos TV , renamed TV4 in 2002 and BTV in 2004 . BTV is the fourth most watched TV channel in Lithuania.
It is administered by the UAB " LNK ".
